A daily system for families built to last

Four generations from now, will they carry your name? You get to decide that — starting now.

Imagine a family that flourishes for a century — grateful for who you taught them to be, not fighting over what you left. That family is still possible for yours. This is the daily practice that builds it — 100 seconds a morning.

Picture it clearly

Four generations from now, a family gathers — and they are not fighting over what you left. They are grateful for who you taught them to be.

They carry your name like a gift, not a burden. That family is not a fantasy.

The destination

A 1Hundred Year Family.

A multi-generational family where every member flourishes — because the wealth serves the family, never the reverse.

A flourishing family: every member, in every generation, healthy, purposeful, connected — free to pursue their own highest priorities. This is the point. Everything else serves it.

A wealthy family: resources maximized to fund those priorities — but the money never allowed to become the priority. Wealth is the tool that funds the mission.

A multi-generational family: wealth and relationships intact across three or four generations. Not grandchildren cashing checks from a stranger — grandchildren proud of the name on them.

That is not a luxury most families get. It is the rarest thing wealth can buy — and almost no one buys it.

Why it is rare

Ninety percent never get there.

By the third generation, ninety percent of family wealth is gone — and with it, usually, the family itself.

Here is the part that should give you hope, not fear: they did not lose it in the markets. They lost it at the dinner table — money transferred without mission, a fortune without a family to carry it.

The failure was never financial. Which means it was never unavoidable. The 1% who made it did not have more. They wanted it clearly enough to build it on purpose — and you are in the rarest position of all to do exactly that: first generation, nothing to undo, the family still unwritten.

The window where you get to design it from the first decision is open now. It does not stay open forever.

  1. A small act
  2. Repeated
  3. Becomes you
  4. Becomes the family

So how is it built?

The way everything lasting is built.

You want that family — hold onto that, it matters more than you think. But wanting it has never built anything. Here is the honest answer, because you deserve it before you trust anyone with this.

Not one grand decision. Not a weekend or a vow to do better. A 1Hundred Year family is built the way a championship is: small, repeated acts, performed long after the motivation that started them faded.

This is the good news in disguise. You do not have to become a different person or find more time. You do one small thing a day, on purpose, for a while. You have done far harder.

The destination is rare. The method is not heroic. That gap is the whole opportunity — and the reason this works when other things did not.

Why I am building this

You are building this.
I have walked the road.

I spent years on one question: why do a few families flourish for a hundred years while almost everyone else comes apart within three generations? I expected the answer to be money or advantage. It was that they wanted it clearly enough to build it on purpose — and then actually built it, one ordinary day at a time.

So I built the daily practice I wished someone had handed me, and I am running it inside my own family right now — not because I have it figured out, but because the families that get this right never stumble into it.

You are the one who builds your family. My only job is to hand you the next small step, every morning, so the family you can already picture actually gets built.

Honest about the fit

This is not built for everyone.

It is built for you if

  • You can already picture the family in 100 years — and you want it badly.
  • You think in decades and generations, not quarters.
  • You would rather do one small thing every day than understand a big thing once.
  • You want what you have built to mean something to people you will never meet.

It is not for you if

  • You are looking for a hack, a shortcut, or a weekend fix.
  • You would rather read about strong families than build one.
  • The vision does not move you — this runs on wanting it.
  • “100 seconds a day, for years” sounds like too much rather than exactly right.

The invitation

The family is still possible.
It starts tomorrow.

You can see it now — the family four generations on, grateful for who you taught them to be. That family is not chosen in one heroic moment. It is chosen on a Tuesday, in one small act, and again the next morning, until the wanting becomes a practice and the practice becomes the family.

You have wanted this since you started reading. Tomorrow you can begin it.
